We ship orders to the USA via DHL and USPS, which is a fully tracked service. Shipping is charged at a flat cost of $5 per order.

Orders over $100 are shipped free of charge.

We don't charge any sales tax. Orders up to $800 are imported into the USA tax-free (no taxes or duty payable on delivery.)

Packages are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of your order.

Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order, as shipping charges apply separately to each order.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, if unopened and unused, or a replacement for faulty products.

We encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your order's arrival (although we will accept a request up to 14 days). We then ask that you return all items in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip, within a further 14 days.

Refunds will be made less a 20% restocking fee and our standard delivery charge ($5).

To return an item, please e-mail us at, making sure to include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with an address to return your items, and suggest you keep proof of postage or use a tracked service.

Please note that all returned goods will be examined upon receipt and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed.

Please note that this returns policy does NOT apply to business sales (purchases in the name of a business/company). We will, however, consider returns on a case-by-case discretionary basis, if requested within 7 days of delivery, and reserve the right to levy restocking charges depending on the nature of the return (if accepted.)
