Delivery
We deliver by tracked courier, and this is FREE for all UK orders over £35. This is applied automatically.
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders made by midday on the same day. Delivery is usually made within 1 to 2 days from dispatch, and our couriers deliver on weekends.
For orders under £35, we charge £5 for delivery. Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order, as shipping charges apply separately to each order.
We are currently dispatching orders within our usual timeframes.
USA Delivery
We also ship orders to the USA. Shipping is charged at a flat cost of $5 per order.
Orders are shipped via the DHL and the United States Postal Service, which is a fully tracked service.
We don't charge any sales tax. Orders up to $800 are imported into the USA tax-free (no taxes or duty payable on delivery)
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund, if unopened and unused, or a replacement for faulty products.
We encourage you to contact us within 7 days of your order's arrival (although we will accept a request up to 14 days). We then ask that you return all items in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip, within a further 14 days.
To return an item, please e-mail us at shop@theskinclinic.co.uk, making sure to include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with an address to return your items, and suggest you keep proof of postage or use a tracked service.
Please note that all returned goods will be examined upon receipt and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed.
Please note that this returns policy does NOT apply to business sales (purchases in the name of a business/company), as the transaction will not be covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We will, however, consider returns on a case-by-case discretionary basis, if requested within 7 days of delivery, and reserve the right to levy restocking charges depending on the nature of the return (if accepted.)
Refunds for Refused Deliveries
You are welcome to refuse delivery of any order. Once the parcel has been returned to us by the courier/Royal Mail, we will refund your order in full, excluding any delivery charges. Please note that for refused orders where free delivery has been applied, we will deduct a £3 delivery fee from the refund.
Royal Mail Scams
Please be vigilant for scam e-mails purporting to be from Royal Mail. All our shipments are fully paid up by us before dispatch, and you should NEVER be asked to pay any additional fees to have your items delivered (apart from Customs-related fees that may be applicable to international orders only).
